For many long years in the manufacturing sector where he was a successful entrepreneur,
he joined the Group in 2004, and is appreciated for his open and friendly manner.
Antonio Pizzo – Technical Director
His engineering studies allowed him to develop his skills in various fields,
from aeronautics to telecommunications and from universities to public companies
He has been with the Group since 2005.
Antonino Pane – Administrative Director
Started many years ago with the Group and moved through various management levels,
consolidating his professionalism and becoming Administrative Director in 2007.
Marina Picazio –
Human Resources Director
Worked in one of the most important HR multinationals where she consolidated her
technical and managerial skills. The desire for experience in a different sector
brought her to this new and challenging position with the Royal Group in 2007.
Gianluca Picone – Research & Development
Having contributed to the IT development of the single structures within the
Group as a consultant he joined the Group in 2005 as Development and Marketing
Director. Today he heads the innovative processes of the Group and the development
of the consulting division.
Santo Alba – Manager Ambasciatori Palace
After the hotel school in Italy, began the profession at the Martinez in Cannes
and the InterContinental in London in F&B. From 1983 to 1991 has worked in
positions of responsibility in prestigious international hotels and in 1992 he
returned to Italy as General Manager of important hotels such as the Palazzo della
Fonte, Fiuggi, the Ramada Hotel Giardini Naxos, Forte Crest San Donato Milanese,
the Holiday Inn in Modena and Bologna and General Manager of Marriott Milan in
Milan. From February 2010 working with the Royal Group.
Massimo Fardin –
Operative Director Naples Area
After some seasons in Austria and the UK he moved on to work in some of the best
Italian hotels. He was Director of the Olympic Village in Turin and in 2007 joined
the Royal Group.
Pasquale De Gennaro -
– Operative Director Sorrento Area
Joined the group when he was 16 and has been in the international hospitality
industry for more than twenty-five years working in prestigious hotels in Italy
and Europe. He returned to the Group in 2001 and since then has been in charge
of the Sorrento properties.
Fabrizio Mautone – Planner
Art historian and former lecturer in the Faculty of Architecture in Naples,
he has worked on projects for the Group’s properties since 1998. He was responsible
for the integral renovation of all the Group’s hotels of the Group respecting
the particular architectural expressions of the various properties.
Lucio Sindaco – Labour Consultant
Has collaborated with the Royal Group since 2005, particularly in the field of
union relations. He collaborated with the HR Division in various sectors with
particular emphasis on staff administration.
Francesco Pellone – Accountant and Financial Consultant
He is an expert in corporate law, extraordinary operations and Italian and international
tax issues, as well as being a consultant for leading Italian companies and
industrial groups especially in the fields of manufacturing, real estate and tourism.
He has been involved in important corporate acquisitions and active in resolving
and managing corporate crises and reorganisations.

Lawyer and Legal Consultant
Expert in Civil Law, Entitled to Represent the Clients before the Court of Cassation,
Contract Expert, Legal Advisor of the Group, Deals with Extrajudicial Measures
& Legal Disputes
Gianluca Izzo – – IT Consultant
He has represented the IT Managing company Deviata as well as many companies
in the Campania region. For the Group he developed a totally integrated network
for information and technological services, from Pms to interoperability
